REWARD FOR MISSING RHODESIAN RIDGEBACKS IN ARIZONA! CONTACT INFO: 440-343-0488 / michelle@angeldawg.com

Please help us find 2-year old Tyler (left) and 3-year old Tasha (right), pictured below.  They went missing in December of 2013.  They were given away or sold without their owner’s knowledge (we have proof of ownership for both dogs).

We have reason to believe they have been separated.  It is possible that they have been placed in homes on a temporary basis and that the folks who have them are waiting for them to be picked up.  It is likely that the people who have them do not know we are looking for them and do not know they were given away or sold in an unwarranted manner. We are praying that the folks who might have them will step forward so that we know they are safe and in loving, caring environments.

The dogs have lived most of their lives in the same household in Gilbert, AZ (on East Tiffany Way).  But, spent a brief time living in Glendale, AZ (on N. 63rd Avenue), where they were last seen.  We have indications that the dogs may be in the Gilbert/Chandler/Maricopa area.  And it’s possible that one of them was sent to Tucson, based on some recent information.

Both Tasha and Tyler have the characteristic ridge down their backs, which is formed by the hair growing in the opposite direction to the rest of the coat (as seen in the pic).  They are wheaten to red wheaten in color (reddish brown).  Tasha has a small white patch on her chest which is just off center, to the right.  And she has some white on the tips of her toes.  Tyler has a larger white patch on his chest which resembles bat wings.  Tasha weighs approximately 75 pounds and Tyler weighs approximately 95 pounds.

This is a very tragic and sad situation.  A very special and beloved friend who would be able to lead us to the dogs has passed away.  She was a bright and beautiful spirit.  We are utterly grief stricken by all that has transpired and do not want to seem insensitive to the situation as we put all of our energy into finding the dogs.  We are heartsick about the loss of our friend, but know, without question, that this is what she would have wanted.  It is imperative that we find both dogs to honor her memory and to insure their safekeeping.

If you have Tasha or Tyler or know where they are or believe you have spotted them in your neighborhood, please contact us at 440-343-0488 or at michelle@angeldawg.com as soon as possible.  We do not hold the folks who have the dogs responsible for the fact that they have gone missing.  We just want to locate them.  And hold out hope that we will.

We have issued a Pet Amber Alert through PetAmberAlert.com. Posters will be sent to 500 pet related business (vets, pet stores, etc.) in the area.  We have issued lost/stolen dog reports through their microchip companies.  We resubmitted the post to Craig’s list here -http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cph/pet/4353131241.html where you may find more pictures of the dogs.  And tweeted about it at @traveldogtweets. Please retweet!  I don’t have many followers yet.  Working on sending info to news sources and to post offices, etc.  If you would kindly tag folks in this note or share it, I would be eternally grateful.  It would be especially helpful if you could share it your pet related FB pages.  Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all of your help and support.  I will not rest until I know the dogs are safe.  Praying that through the power of social media that Tasha and Tyler will be found!!
